Springfield High School Student Artists Featured in Downtown Art Gallery

Springfield High School student artists are being celebrated downtown as part of the Second Friday Art Walk on Friday, February 13, 2026. From 5:00–7:00 p.m. at City Hall (225 5th Street), community members are invited to enjoy live music and explore a collection of student artwork created during the fall semester.

Student work from Springfield High School is currently on display at the Springfield Youth Art Gallery and will remain exhibited through February 2026. The show features pieces from courses including Drawing and Painting, Painting and Sculpture, AP Studio Art, Graphic Design I–III, and Advanced Studio Ceramics I, highlighting a wide range of styles, media, and creative voices.

The opening reception will include live music performed by Brian Cutean, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the Art Walk and providing an opportunity for families, friends, and community members to celebrate student creativity together.

This exhibition is a wonderful example of how Springfield High School students extend their learning beyond the classroom and share their talents with the broader Springfield community. We invite everyone to stop by City Hall, support our student artists, and enjoy an evening of art, music, and connection.
