The 26th Springfield Martin Luther King Jr. Speech contest was held at Springfield High School on January 8, 2024. The following students participated. Claire Watson, Edith Greman-Hernandez, Saline Hales, Natalia Caird and Victoria Acosta. All contestants spoke of topics that are very important to address in our time period.
The results of the contest were as follows
- Saline Hales took third place.
- Natalia Caird took second place
- Victoria Acosta took first place.
