Students in the woodshop at Springfield High School are building fire-resistant sheds for families impacted by the Holiday Farm Fire, and thanks to partnerships with Lane Education Service District, PIVOT Architecture, and the Oregon Department of Human Services, a new automatic shop door is helping them complete projects more safely and efficiently.
